How to Cancel Your Account

We hate to see our clients leave, but if you must cancel your account we have made it simple: 

  • In accordance with our security, privacy, and data retention policies; the account owner must initiate the cancellation from within their account. 
  • The account owner should login at https://ewaiverpro.app
  • From the dashboard, click the My Account icon
  • From there, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Cancel Account button
  • Let us know the reason (or pause your account instead)
  • Read the disclaimers, acknowledge, and press the red Cancel Plan button. 

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle that you are in, and you will have full access to the system for the remainder of the month after you cancel in order to backup your data and PDF's.
