What happens if we exceed our monthly allowance?
What happens if we exceed our monthly allowance?
If you are on a month-to-month plan, if you exceed your allowance we charge you a $0.15 (15ยข) per waiver fee. Example: going over your allowance by 100 waivers would be a $15 charge.
If you are on an annual plan we pool your monthly allowance into a giant pool to use over a 12 month period. If at any point during the 12 months you reach your total annual allowance, we will start you over on a new annual plan at that time, with a new anniversary date.
You can modify your monthly plan and increase your waiver allowance at anytime.
